Introduction

Hello World

New to blogging and I've got to say I have no idea what to say. Eventually, I figure there will be good discussion about randomness and the nuclear advantage... Hopefully... Maybe. Till then here's a random fact--

(1) Some scientists estimate that a person receives five times as much radiation in a lifetime from sitting in front of the TV or computer as he or she would from living by a nuclear power station.

  2. Makes me wonder about that little computer/TV that I carry around in my pocket all day...

  3. 4pCi/l sounds like such a low number but has such a probability of causing cancer (1/100). That's pretty scary stuff. Good thing radon is easy and relatively inexpensive in most occasions to deal with.
